Driver was obviously opening a new pack of cigarettes. First the plastic wrap was casually thrown out the window, next was the foil. He was very offended when I pulled up beside him and mentioned the littering.

Shamelessly emptied his car of trash onto the street directly in front of my house, opposite the starbucks. Name on starbucks cup is "Ali". He ordered at 6:50pm from the starbucks store #4644 a venti cup of water light ice item 1 of 4. He had on a high vis jacket which he then removed and slung into the back seat of the car. Emptied a whole ashtray of many cigarettes and beers cans and food wrappers and cigarette boxes and loose plastic and cup tray etc. Then drove off before I could get car details as I came outside. I can also see from a receipt in his trash that yesterday august 31st at 14:58 he bought gas from a station in surrey, strawberry hill town 12185 72nd avenue. Regular gas from pump 4 total sale $89.54 Ref 717001001023. Journie loyalty card ending in 5753

Noticed worker next door tossing cigarette butt onto street from truck. Went out to tell them to please pick it up and got very negative response and attitude. This continued for over an hour as I was able to over hear myself being disparaged repeatedly but lies: That I yelled at him (never did), that I was rude (never was). Note that the second person, a female, with the same work crew was very polite and apologetic and I believe picked up the cigarette butt.
