Threw two bottles of water, half filled, without the caps out the rear window from the passenger side ( the back of the car ). It's outrageous!!! It almost hit the head of a bus passanger while loading his bike. With the excessive amount of plastic use and polluting the planet, kids need to become alot more educated and stop littering. full report I was driving behind a huge black hummer with lots of chrome. The driver was flicking his ashes out the window several times, then finally tosses out the lit cigarette. Driver was a dark skinned male / sun glasses / huge diamond bracelet on his left (cigarette flicking hand). full report We were waiting at a red light and she was in front of us in a greyish green Jeep SUV/crossover. She was smoking and then threw the cigarette out the window. We honked at her and the light turned green and she took off. There is a huge fire ban on right now and the sky is filled with smoke from the fires in British Columbia. full report You guy driving beside me holding cigarette out the window. When we were stopped was dragging on it getting ready to toss. I rolled down my window and said don't even think about tossing that butt and he glared at me, dropped it then looked at me and made a questioning gesture with his arm as if to say "what are you going to do about it".
