We were facing north waiting for the light to turn green to turn left or south on to 91st Street white mud overpass when I watched him throw his cigarette out the window. I yelled at him and told him that people were losing their homes and everything and that he's a piece of garbage for throwing a cigarette out the window. There are so many forest fires right now. All he did was shrug and say oh well.
