Driver threw lit cigarette out the window toward dry grass area in middle section of Hwy. It just hit the side of the barrier and landed back on the road. But the driver seemed to be trying to flick it into the extremely dry grass field! When our province is in a state of emergency with fires?! What a d@$k!
