Was driving behind a black Ford Explorer driving northbound towards whistler. The driver had the window down and was smoking. Watched him and he flicked his butt onto the road which ended up going into the bushes. Was very inconsiderate especially since the wildfires are so bad this year and there is an extreme fireban
