We leaving my home, and then saw this vehicle roll down his window, and throw a cup with garbage outside of his window and onto the Grass of McBurney Park. He did this AFTER a municipal worker had just spent 30 minutes picking up and cleaning the park of garbage.

This person and family was holding up traffic. 2 cars overtook. We were then stuck behind him driving less than speed limit. He/she then tossed an almost full TIM HORTONS CUP out of the drivers window!!! I always tell my husband I wish I see someone do this!!! I did today!! I can't believe how disgusting people are.
