Driver was a middle aged oriental with tattoos on his arms. The cigarette wasn't even butted, it was still smoking. His passenger was also smoking but I was behind them long enough to see her toss her cigarette. With all the fires going around I had to report. Ignorance must be addressed during times like this.

This vehicle was driving east just ahead of us when garbage was thrown out the passenger side. Approx. 1km later more litter was thrown out of the drivers side. We were able to note the plate number and a bit later did pass the vehicle. The driver was a young woman; there were others in the car as well.

Sitting in Shoppers Drug Mart Parking lot, car parks and passenger opens back seat door and begins grabbing various items of garbage and throwing it out into the parking lot. Driver of the vehicle says "you can't do that in Alberta" passenger proceeds to say "who is going to tell on me" and leaves the pile of garbage in the parking lot.
