Light coloured lexus, 4 people. Rear passenger threw out a big bag of fast food garbage plus cups and other debris blatantly while driving. Continued tossing out garbage for several minutes. I was with them up highway 15 until the split for new westminster where I turned off.

Correction to my previous report re license 570 PNW. The CRV was like a grey silvery blue type of colour, not just blue. Looked different in the shade vs sun. No option other than standard colours to choose from on this site.

There are 40,000 people evacuated from forest fires right now. Her excuse. So sorry it was not her car and doesn't have an ashtray. Lame.

You guy driving beside me holding cigarette out the window. When we were stopped was dragging on it getting ready to toss. I rolled down my window and said don't even think about tossing that butt and he glared at me, dropped it then looked at me and made a questioning gesture with his arm as if to say "what are you going to do about it". What recourse do we have - nothing it seems. Just watch our province go up in flames, there seems to be no accountability...

He was casually flicking is ash out of vehicle as the traffic was bumper to bumper travelling very slow, when he came to a stop he butted his cigarette on the outside of vehicle and tossed it out. Just happened now. I was on foot. Driver was turning on no 2 road when he almost hit me with his car (he was driving while looking DOWN at his cellphone! AND had a lit cigarette. Almost hit me and incoming traffic because he wasn't looking where he was going. Looked Chinese, short hair young. He flicked his cigarette (still burbing and lit up) and threw it out the window. I had to step on it.
