driver flicking ashes out window whole time driving, got to lights and dropped lit cig butt out window, there is a ton of foliage along this area under the skytrain but he didn't care...I hope something comes of these reports and we aren't wasting our time

I have a picture my wife took of vehicle and plate #. He was casually flicking is ash out of vehicle as the traffic was bumper to bumper travelling very slow, when he came to a stop he butted his cigarette on the outside of vehicle and tossed it out. He was wearing a tank top had a tattoo on left arm and had a beard.

Just happened now. I was on foot. Driver was turning on no 2 road when he almost hit me with his car (he was driving while looking DOWN at his cellphone! AND had a lit cigarette. Almost hit me and incoming traffic because he wasn't looking where he was going. Looked Chinese, short hair young. He flicked his cigarette (still burbing and lit up) and threw it out the window. I had to step on it.

I was behind this driver from Westminster hwy and no 2 road to Nanaimo and 1st (where he turned off) and he threw out a total of THREE lot cigarette butts. I wish I took a picture but was driving so couldn't. He had his hand stuck out with the cigarette out. Young Asian male around 30, short hair, black glasses, black t-shirt.

This lady threw her lit cig out the window and proceeded to light up another, she then threw this lit cig out the window on Como Lake Ave at Gatensbury, she does this on the way home from work all the time, I reported her last summer as well but she still does it, next step is to call the RCMP and report her to them
