I watch the driver go from the white mud freeway westbound smoking cigarettes opening windows and biting her ashes out the window then as she merged onto going northbound on 178th St. as we stopped at the intersection she basically rolled down her window and flick the ashes and cigarette butt out the window I was directly behind her and attempted to catch the picture of the cigarette bat flying out of her hand the women has dark long black hair With lots of make up on. The vehicle has a vanity plate on her vehicle of course

As I was driving up Ridgelawn I noticed they were driving with their door open which I thought was odd.Then I noticed alot of garbage coming out of the passenger door (food).
