Hi, It was Red/Maroon colour car. He/she dropped the empty Cigarette box on the road and he was driving over the allowed speed limit.

The woman threw a used tissue out of her window into the street, she was a few feet ahead of me (I was on foot), but had to stop at the intersection. I asked her if she had littered, she asked if I was a police woman, I ignored that and asked her again if she had littered. She replied that she had, I asked her why and she said it was none of my business. I said I'd report her, made a show of looking at her plate number and walked away while she yelled at me. I was crossing the street at the lights a moment later and she drove by, giving me the finger. Class act all the way.

I frequently see this ugly and dangerous habit by irresponsible drivers. At least they should properly extinguish the cigarettes before throwing it in the street under other passing cars. I was lucky today that there was traffic JAM that i was able to take a photo for the car, the cigarette butt and the license plate.

Someone from the driver's side (couldn't tell if from front or back seat) threw an empty Dorito's bag out the window and into the middle of the street... I couldn't tell the model of the BMW car but a distinct feature was a brownish cover over the back license plate, which made it difficult to tell if the first plate letter was a D or an O.
