While sitting in his parked car, the driver opened his door and threw 2 stacked Timmy's cups into the street then closed his door. I walked over and, politely, picked up the cups and knocked on his door to notify him that he had "dropped" the cups. He opened his door, took the cups from me then closed his door again. As I was walking away, he opened his door again
