The passenger threw a lit cigarette butt out of their window a short way before the intersection, and then not even a minute later, the driver flicked a lit cigarette butt out of his side as well! It was obvious that they were cigarettes as they were still burning red in the dark when tossed. When we stopped at a red light he was ahead of me in the lane to my left. I was able to get a nice long look at the license plate and see the silhouette of a mans head (looking like through the tinted back glass, but not able to get a good look at the passenger, as they sped away going at least 15 over the speed limit as soon as the light turned green. I wasn't going to risk speeding up to them just to get a good enough look at them. I'm fairly certain their car was a dark blue, but I could be wrong as it was pretty dark out and colours are harder to read. I hope they get a fine, this needs to stop happening! The last thing we need is another city on fire!
