Someone from the driver's side (couldn't tell if from front or back seat) threw an empty Dorito's bag out the window and into the middle of the street... I couldn't tell the model of the BMW car but a distinct feature was a brownish cover over the back license plate, which made it difficult to tell if the first plate letter was a D or an O.
