Older Asian man in front of me tossed his lit butt out his window. I stopped my car, picked up his smoking butt, traffic was slow, so when I caught up to him, I but my e brake on, went to his window and gave him his butt back, and said DO NOT THROW BURNING CIGS out of your car, and that I was taking a picture of his license and would be reporting this.... My grown son was in my car to be witness to this if needed. I also have a picture of his car and plate.
