Dark blue Mazda 3, eastbound in left lane on Sooke Road. Dropped cigarette butt out of driver's window. Raised my hand with palm up to indicate "What are you doing??". Then at intersection of Sooke Road and Goldstream, driver turned left westbound on Goldstream, and flipped me the bird twice (oooh, they're so tough when they're turning away!). Obviously knew they did something wrong, but apparently it's my fault. Suppose they'll go cry to mommy now, and claim they didn't do it.
