Driving behind this woman and saw her flick her still burning cigarette out the window, it still was smoking as it landed on the pavement. I guess this idiot doesn't care that our province is tinder-dry this time of year and also it's disgusting and gross. BTW, my sister lost her home in the Kelowna fires a few years back.
