Various large pieces of cardboard as well as large opaque plastic tarps were flying from the container on the back of the truck. A large piece of plastic attached itself to the front of my car effectively obscuring half the windshield. I pulled over removed the offending trash and proceeded to catch up to the driver and myself and another car convinced him to pull over, the driver didn't even get out! he just sat there and eventually started to drive away. I got out of my vehicle and waved him to the side of the Hwy. He climbed down from his truck and proceeded to have a argument with me that it wasn't his responsibility! and that he had the "required" tarp across the load, I showed him the scratches/smudges down the side of my new car made by a plastic tarp from his load he climbed back in his truck talked on his phone for a minute and then slowly drove away,having down nothing to secure his hazardous load!
