LITTERING AND MISDIMEANOR: There were 2 white males sitting in the front (one driving) and 2 white females sitting in the back. They all looked between 18-21 years old. We were at a red light at the intersection of Simcoe and Olive when they suddenly turned their music up very loud and pulled up directly beside us. The passenger male proceeded to roll down his window and PURPOSELY flick a LIT cigarette butt at our car and it rolled down the windshield onto the area of the car where the windshield wipers rest. We knew he did it on purpose because he was staring at us as he did it. The light turned green and the car raced off. We had to turn into a side street to remove the cigarette butt from the car immediately since it was lit and not only could have set the car on fire, but it was stinking up the inside of the car with smoke, therefore we were unable to follow the car for the license plate.
