We were waiting at a red light and she was in front of us in a greyish green Jeep SUV/crossover. She was smoking and then threw the cigarette out the window. We honked at her and the light turned green and she took off. There is a huge fire ban on right now and the sky is filled with smoke from the fires in British Columbia. For someone to knowingly do this especially while a fire ban is I'm effect is completely reckless.
