It happened on PizzaPizza (2677 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg) parking lot. The white Dodge Caravan pulled up (HJZ107) and black male came out of the van (passenger), and when he opened the door, garbage fell out, and then he pushed it under the car. So I asked him nicely to pick it up, but I was shown a middle finger and called names, so I warned him, that I will report him, and take a picture of his car, which I did. Also after I had a picture taken of his car, he went behind me a took a picture of my car. The driver of the van was a black female, she was watching it and never said anything, but she saw the garbage was pushed under their van by the passenger.
