This guy pulled in to my condominium driveway, grabbed something, got out and left his car running. He then crossed the street and threw something over the side of the baracade that goes down in to the Thames river. He then crossed the street, got in his car, turned around and drove away. So many people litter in this spot and it just makes me sick. I can't believe people STILL LITTER and don't care about what happens to our children's future !
