I was coming to the 8990 plaza when I saw this woman throwing litter, so I stop and came to her window and ask her to kindly pick up the garbage and threw it at the proper garbage can, initially said yes, then grab her phone and start taking picture/ video of me, so I went back to my van grab my phone, and while I was walking towards her she sped off. Yesterday there are workers here in the plaza and cleaning and making it tidy , this people are disgusting.
