Was following behind this guy who tossed out a cigarette on 58th Avenue heading east and around Bradner. Then a few minutes later he tosses a Budweiser beer can into the ditch on Ross road headed south just before crossing the train tracks and turning east onto Harris road. Unreal... real scumbag this guy.
