Saw this truck throw out a bunch of trash, tried to give a bit of wave to roll the window down so i could say don't litter and he 100% pretend he didn't notice me for a good 7 minutes. I'm very upset about this person. They probably threw out a whole grocery bag worth of garbage and it's disgusting.I made sure I got the liscene plate because littering very upsets me.
