The driver threw a clear plastic cup and long plastic spoon from the driver's side window. The litter landed in the middle of the on-coming lane of traffic. We were directly behind the car and clearly saw the incident, the license plate and make and model of the vehicle. We were stunned that someone would do something so absolutely unnecessary and destructive.
