This vehicle appeared to be heading towards the Comox Valley dump in Cumberland from Courtenay and it was poorly loaded, with garbage flying off the top and coming close to hitting multiple vehicles behind it. I witnessed 3 cars swerve to not get hit by the litter. I followed the vehicle towards the dump as my passenger got this photo. Unfortunately we have no video evidence of the incident on the parkway.
