Vehicle observed turning east off Bell Ave onto Lougheed Hwy....as he turned he threw about 5 pages of white paper and a snack bag out of his window....as he stopped at the next light beside Lougheed mall another motorist that also witnessed this was berating him from the outside lane....I was on the other side of him and observed a senior Caucasian man late 60's to early 70's, white goatee and mustache....he just shrugged his shoulders at the other motorist yelling at him.
