This man brought his dog into the nature reserve and kindly was told that there is a by-law against it. He became very aggressive and then proceeded to his vehicle where he throw trash on the ground and I have a video of him cleaning his door while sitting inside his vehicle and throwing that onto the ground, after he threw all his trash out he left. I have both a video and pictures of the his incident!!
