Pulled over couple house along Duthie from Broadway. Threw his fast food wrappers and drink on landlords lawn and sidewalk. Appeared to have writing on the back of vehicle. May have been a driving instructor!? If it was, definitely bad move. Been happening since we mpved in. Never witnessed until today. We were coming home turning along Duthie from East Broadway. On the receipt it stated still creek Mcdonalds @ 7:02 am
