2 ladies in vehicle.. Driver was erratic and ran red light as well. I confronted then and told them littering was illegal and that some liquid got on my car. It was one of the most ignorant things I've seen. The passenger then threatened me to report me and took my picture. Driver had bleached blonde hair and passenger had on what appeared to be hospital scrubs with flower pattern. I hope these people realize they need to obey the law and have respect for the environment and the people of Windsor.
