The city workers were cleaning up the park. This guy is blocking traffic and finally let's another car through The driver of the other car says something to him and he throws garbage out of his window at him and drives off. I drove past him and told him to pick it up and he ignored me and drives off with his family. I took a picture but it was not clear. His kids started to film me as well. Just fed up of this behaviour on our streets
