A guy driving a Canlin Energy work truck threw a burning cigarette butt out his window on the highway. It was dark out and i saw the embers scatter and slither like a snake made of smoke and fire. The danger level for wildfires posted along the highway was extreme. Im so glad it was a work truck because the license plate was covered by dirt.
