This person and family was holding up traffic. 2 cars overtook. We were then stuck behind him driving less than speed limit. He/she then tossed an almost full TIM HORTONS CUP out of the drivers window!!! I always tell my husband I wish I see someone do this!!! I did today!! I can't believe how disgusting people are. Just filthy PIGS!!!!!! We have this litter all over the beautiful countryside and these are the pigs doing it!!!¹
