Woman (blonde, dyed) in Red sweater, man in passenger seat throwing trash out in front of donation bin. In the photo you can clearly see something falling out of the window. I asked them to stop, she claimed they were making a donation. It was mostly garbage, napkins, a dollerama. Ag.
