This car was on the onramp going onto highway 7/8 from Fischer Hallman when the passenger was emptying her trash from the passenger window. I honked my horn to get their attention to stop littering (multiple Tim Hortons cups, and take out bags). The driver then put his window down when I was passing them and attempted to throw more trash at my car. I happened to take a picture of their vehicle and licence plate. He then cut me off (almost causing an accident on the highway) and sped away going 30-50 km/hr over speed limit. Terrible behaviors and manners. No respect for anything or anyone.
