I approach the person and told him to never throw a lit cigarette out the window, his response was ( it was in a intersection Dude). I told him in no uncertain terms it doesn't matter where you are you just don't do that. On my way out of the Fraser Health Clinic I mentioned it to him again, never do it again. His response was laughter. I told him that nobody else in the facility thought it was very funny and I left. Why are people so ignorant. Thanks for your time.
