Car was parked opposite 50 Queen Street, in alley between St. Peter Church and apartment building. Male was eating a large burger or sandwich, and when he was finished he tossed the wrapper and bag out the window, where they blew into the street. I was parked in my car waiting to pick up my wife, and made sure the male saw me writing down his licence #. He waved when he pulled away.
