driver

After passing the intersection with 104 avenue, while running on 140 street, the driver opened the passenger window and throw 2 cups with liquid inside (probably coffee and juice). Nobody on the passenger seat, just the male driver in the car which I noticed on the intersection with 100 avenue. I have more pictures and a video showing/proving what I am saying in here. Unfortunately I cannot load those as the website is not allowing me to do that. Unfortunately only fines can "educate" this type of behavior in a civilized country.
