Driver appears to be a young white male, 20s-30s. He was wearing sunglasses and a cap. Wondows were open, looks like he had blonde short hair. He stopped at the stop sign heading south on Peter Rupert and Maurier Blvd. He threw out a water bottle, and some wrappers at the stop sign.
