Pulled into parking lot to see a couple of people emptying their truck of fast food garbage on the passenger side. I.e. lids, straws, paper bags, used cups, wrappers etc. They were cleaning a spill. One female went into the Swiss Chalet to get napkins, came out with a stack, which they (male and others in the truck) used to wipe up spill and the dashboard and threw outside onto the ground next to the truck. When they were done, they left a large pile of garbage in the lot and drove away. Seagulls immediately swarmed.
