driver was dumping liquids out of his car window while driving at 60km/h and then tossing the containers afterward. All the liquids would spray onto the traffic behind him in both lanes and multiple drivers had to hit there brakes because of this. I now have to wash my car to get the hazardous and unidentifiable liquids off for safety reasons.
