Old Man, over 60, balding, glasses going west on Prairie carelessly threw his cigarette butt out the window. Car was a hatchback style, dark grey. He was also driving really slow, like 10KM/hr so he probably shouldn't have a license. Seemed totally oblivious. Luckily it was a rainy day and only 6 degrees but if they do it in Spring, they do it summer when its super dangerous. I hope the cops look into this guy for littering and being a bad driver!
