I was driving behind this person, at a rather close yet respectable distance when i all of a sudden noticed a random burst of garbage blow onto the street directly under this persons, and my car. I was so appalled at the amount of garbage this driver threw out of their car i felt i needed to report it. I have never witnessed such a disrespect to society, and i felt so disgusted i was tempted to follow them and say something personally and am not typically one for confrontation. I hope this gets into the right hands, this person/persons deresves their karma.
