I was behind the driver of the newer grey Chevy truck, he was smoking with his hand out his driver side window exhibiting the cigarette at the light of Oceola rd and Hwy 97. The driver threw his cigarette out the window of the driver's side before approaching the roundabout of Lake hill dr and Oceola , continuing towards Okanagan Lake on Okanagan Center Rd east.
The temperatures today are going to be close to 40 degrees, very disappointed to see this today.
