The female driver in the car in front of me ( dark glasses, dark hair pulled back) had been flicking ash out of her sunroof and then flicked her cigarette butt out of the sunroof on to the road while we were waiting at the light on Keith Road where Mountain Highway joins it. She continued along Keith Road, then turned left on to Lillooet Road and left again at Old Lillooett Road.
