Saw the woman driver throwing peanut shells out the window, it was quite a lot, than on next intersection when the cars stopped at red light, she threw some out again, than I honked at her to point her to stop but she swore at me instead and kept doing it and every intersection for next 2 stops until I had to turn. So I thought to report it
