Noticed worker next door tossing cigarette butt onto street from truck. Went out to tell them to please pick it up and got very negative response and attitude. This continued for over an hour as I was able to over hear myself being disparaged repeatedly but lies: That I yelled at him (never did), that I was rude (never was). Note that the second person, a female, with the same work crew was very polite and apologetic and I believe picked up the cigarette butt.
