Passenger threw out garbage from his window three times. The first time it was a fast food container (ie. Nuggets, or Fry container), the second time it was plastic wrap from his straw/drink. And the third time I wasn't able to identify what it was but it was during rush hour and he was certainly deliberate about it. Really disappointing and ignorant.
