Threw a food container, plastic bag, and all utensils and napkins out the window while driving right in front of me. He passed the car in front of him and when stopped at construction, I took a picture of his plate. He then got out of his car, waved at me and took a picture of my car. He was Caucasian about 5Â?10Â?, dark brown/ black hair, about 150 pounds. Looked about 35 years old.
